Strengths
  1. Self starter

Often Dominic has come on to projects where there is little focus on what has to be achieved or the direction to take. He is able to quickly ascertain the requirements for a project and then set in place a road map for success. This also involves identifying key issues that may have been overlooked.

  2. Able to understand different businesses at a fundamental level

It is important to fundamentally understand how a business works in order to provide the most efficient outcome.

  1. Strong work ethic

For Dominic the only good project is a successful project, and during his entire working career he has never worked on a project that has failed. This means doing whatever is necessary to ensure success. Putting in more hours, getting in contact with the right people, doing whatever, whenever it is needed.

  2. Commitment to quality

Dominic is particularly committed to quality and feels that even if a project comes in within it’s budget and time constraints, if the quality isn’t acceptable then the project has not succeeded. To this end, Dominic strongly believes that quality management is a key part of any project which is often overlooked.

  3. Gets on with the task and cares about what he is doing

Some people require micro managing and constant direction in order to get them to provide output. Once provided a task, Dominic can be trusted to get on with it and management can feel comfortable in the knowledge that he will deliver.

  4. Good interpersonal skills

He has a sociable outgoing type of personality which enables him to interact and get the most from others. When there are problems he works constructively with others to resolve them and he gains people’s respect when dealing with them.
  5. Excellent problem solver, trouble-shooter, and highly initiative

On one occasion he was the 8th project manager attempting to implement an application. By implementing different methodologies, utilising the correct resource, and introducing a new approach to the project, he was able to get the project in on schedule, within budget, to an agreed quality and with least stress.
